As many of you probably noticed, Tow Canada ran a recovery contest, “C’ya in the Ditch,” on its Facebook page August 12 through September 5. To our pleasant surprise, this online event attracted a lot of attention from the towing community. Over the three weeks, we received over 60 beautiful entries from towing professionals across Canada who were eager to share their favourite pictures of the best moments of their tow and recovery jobs.
Thank you to all participants for your great entries and our sincere congratulations to Sylvain Ferron, of Remorquage Ferron, who won in a draw. His winter heavy-duty recovery of a tractor-trailer stuck in the deep snow in Louiseville, Quebec, earned him a Tow Canada T-Shirt, safety vest, and one-year free subscription to our magazine.
